We’re looking for a friendly, skilled, and compassionate Associate Dentist to join our welcoming dental practice. Our office has built a reputation for quality care, teamwork, and a positive atmosphere—where doing your best doesn’t mean burning out. Here, we emphasize supportive collaboration over pressure, and quality over quotas.

This is a PPO and Fee-for-Service office with a small and steadily decreasing number of Denti-Cal patients. Our patients are respectful and invested in their oral health, and our systems are designed to help you focus on what matters most: providing excellent care without overthinking or unnecessary stress.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages
• Perform a range of procedures, including general dentistry, extractions, pediatric care, and minor oral surgery
• Create individualized treatment plans and walk patients through their options
• Keep accurate, thorough records with the help of efficient systems and support staff
• Educate patients on prevention, hygiene, and long-term oral health
• Work alongside a cohesive team of hygienists, assistants, and admin staff to deliver outstanding care
• Follow all infection control and safety protocols—your safety and your patients' matter

What We’re Looking For

• DDS or DMD from an accredited program
• Licensed (or license-eligible) to practice in our state
• Confident in general procedures; oral surgery and pediatric skills a plus
• Team-oriented with great communication and chairside manner
• Committed to ongoing learning and a high standard of care
