Job Title: Associate Dentist

Location: Legacy Dental of Menifee, Menifee, CA
Reports To: Practice Owner / Lead Dentist

Job Summary:
Legacy Dental of Menifee is seeking a skilled and compassionate Associate Dentist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, be proficient in a wide range of dental procedures, and committed to delivering high-quality patient care in a supportive, patient-focused environment.

Work Schedule:

• Monday–Thursday: 8AM-5PM
• Friday: 8AM-1PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general dentistry procedures, including crowns, extractions, endodontics, and implants.
• Diagnose and develop treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs.
• Educate patients on oral health, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions.
• Collaborate with dental assistants, hygienists, and office staff to ensure efficient workflow.
• Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with HIPAA and California dental regulations.
• Uphold the highest standards of infection control and safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• DDS license in the state of California
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience
• Comfortable performing crowns, extractions, endodontics, and implants
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to providing excellent patient care

Compensation:

• 30% of production

Pay: $300,000.00 - $350,000.00 per year
