Associate Dentist

ESSEX FAMILY DENTAL is an established family practice in Chittenden County, Vermont. There are nine modern, fully equipped doctor operatories and seven hygiene operatories all recently updated.The office is located 15 minutes from Burlington and Lake Champlain. It is less than an hour away from skiing at one of our many ski resorts.

Position Overview
We are looking for an associate dentist(DDS, DMD) to work in a single location 2-4 days a week
Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive dental procedures, including restorative, preventive, and cosmetic treatments
• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a solo setting
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment plans
• Work collaboratively with hygienists and support staff to ensure seamless patient care

Compensation

• Compensation is a percentage of adjusted production

Qualifications

• DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school
• Active Vermont dental license in good standing
• Strong clinical skills and confidence in working independently
• Excellent communication and patient-care abilities
• Minimum of 2 years experience preferred, but new graduates encouraged to apply

Interested candidates should value quality patient care, teamwork, and possess a desire to expand their clinical abilities to include surgical extractions, molar endo, implant placement, and Invisalign. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a dedication to success and a strong commitment to continuing education.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $500,000.00 per year
