Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in general dentistry and be passionate about providing exceptional patient care. This role requires proficiency in various dental procedures, including pediatric dentistry, oral surgery, and endodontics. The Associate Dentist will work collaboratively with our team to ensure a comfortable and efficient experience for all patients.
Duties
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop tailored treatment plans.
- Perform a variety of dental procedures, including dental extractions, root canal therapy, and prosthodontics.
- Utilize four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during procedures.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Implement infection control protocols and aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety.
- Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to provide high-quality patient care.
- Stay updated on advancements in dental technology and practices to enhance service delivery.
- Educate patients on oral health practices and preventive care.
Requirements
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
- Valid dental license to practice in the state.
- Experience with dental software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix is preferred.
- Knowledge of dental terminology, medical terminology, and anatomy relevant to dentistry.
- Familiarity with pediatric dentistry practices and techniques.
- Strong skills in patient care, assessment, and communication.
- Previous experience in a dental office or clinic setting is highly desirable.
- Ability to perform various dental procedures including endodontics, oral surgery, and dental fabrication.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $750.00 - $1,200.00 per day
