Associate Dentist

We are expanding our team and seeking a dedicated, patient-focused Dentist who is passionate about providing excellent dental care in a supportive and professional environment.

• Provide comprehensive dental care including exams, fillings, crowns, root canals, extractions, dentures, Invisalign, and cosmetic procedures.
• Develop treatment plans that balance patient health needs with affordability.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, preventive care, and treatment options.
• Ensure a welcoming, comfortable, and professional environment for patients and their families.
• Collaborate with hygienists, dental assistants, and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient care.
• Stay current with dental best practices, technology, and continuing education.
• Adhere to all safety, sterilization, and compliance protocols.
• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
• Active North Carolina dental license in good standing.
• Strong diagnostic and clinical skills across a wide range of dental procedures.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• New graduates and experienced dentists are both encouraged to apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Projected Total Compensation: $145,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
