Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive dental care, including diagnosis, treatment planning, restorative procedures, cosmetic dentistry, and preventive care.
- Utilize digital dentistry systems to deliver precise, efficient, and patient-focused treatments.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to maintain the highest standards of safety, comfort, and patient satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and CE to continually refine skills and stay on the forefront of dentistry.
Ideal Candidate
- DDS/DMD degree from an accredited U.S. dental school
- Active North Carolina dental license (or ability to obtain)
- Strong clinical skills with a desire to continually learn and grow
- Excellent chairside manner and commitment to patient care
- Team-oriented mindset with a passion for technology and innovation
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary range: $144,000 – $250,000 annually (based on experience and production)
