Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing high-quality dental care and will possess a strong understanding of dental procedures, patient management, and office protocols. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Fully digital office with updated technology. Monday through Thursday hours with no weekends. Daily minimum with a bonus structure. Individualized mentorship available.

Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive dental examinations and assessments for patients.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and preferences.
  • Conduct various dental procedures including endodontics, oral surgery, and preventive care.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Utilize Eaglesoft software for managing patient information, appointments, and billing processes.
  • Ensure adherence to infection control protocols and maintain a sterile working environment.
  • Educate patients on oral health practices and post-treatment care.
  • Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to provide seamless patient care.
  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school.
  • Valid state dental license to practice dentistry.
  • Proficient in dental terminology and medical documentation practices.
  • Experience with four-handed dentistry techniques is preferred.
  • Knowledge of infection control standards and protocols within a dental office setting.
  • Familiarity with endodontics procedures is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $178,475.13 - $350,000.00 per year
