Requirements
- DDS/DMD degree from an accredited dental program.
- Active Texas dental license (or eligibility to obtain).
- Minimum 2 years of experience preferred (newer grads considered with strong communication and clinical confidence).
- Proficiency in general dentistry; comfort with pediatrics (ages 10+).
- Strong interpersonal and patient communication skills.
- Familiarity with dental software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Epic, or similar) preferred.
- Commitment to infection control and HIPAA compliance.
