Requirements

• DDS/DMD degree from an accredited dental program.
• Active Texas dental license (or eligibility to obtain).
• Minimum 2 years of experience preferred (newer grads considered with strong communication and clinical confidence).
• Proficiency in general dentistry; comfort with pediatrics (ages 10+).
• Strong interpersonal and patient communication skills.
• Familiarity with dental software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Epic, or similar) preferred.
• Commitment to infection control and HIPAA compliance.
