Associate Dentist

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in general dentistry, with additional expertise in areas such as prosthodontics and patient assessment. This role requires a commitment to providing high-quality dental care while ensuring a positive experience for patients in a modern dental clinic environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive dental examinations and assessments for patients.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Execute various dental procedures, including restorative, preventive, and prosthodontic treatments.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of patient treatments using Dental software.
• Ensure adherence to aseptic techniques and infection control protocols.
• Collaborate effectively with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff in a four-handed dentistry setting.
• Educate patients on oral health practices and preventive care strategies.
• Stay current with advancements in dental technology and techniques to enhance patient care.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
• Valid state dental license to practice dentistry.
• Proficiency in dental terminology and familiarity with medical records management.
• Experience or training in prosthodontics is preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients and staff.
• Commitment to providing exceptional patient care in a friendly and professional manner.
