Associate Dentist

Responsibilities:
- Provide dental care and treatment to patients of all ages
- Perform general dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, crown preps, and denture processing.
- Conduct routine dental examinations
- Diagnose and treat oral diseases and conditions
- Develop treatment plans for patients based on their oral health needs
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices
- Collaborate with a team of dental professionals to ensure quality patient care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Experience:
- DDS or DMD degree, licensed in state in which practicing or have the ability to obtain licensure upon graduation

- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) certificate.

- Previous experience working as an Associate Dentist or in a similar role is preferred, but not required
- Proficient in medical terminology and coding
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient privacy practices
- Ability to assess patient needs and provide appropriate treatment options
- Familiarity with medical imaging techniques and interpretation of results

Skills:
- Excellent clinical skills in performing dental procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and staff members
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate diagnosis and treatment planning
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a small private office
- Proficient in using dental tools and equipment
