Position: Associate Dentist
Location: Fort Wayne, IN

Salary: $175k/year

About the Role:

We provide comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages, including preventive care, periodontal care, extractions, fillings, root canals, crowns, dentures, and pediatric services. You’ll work alongside hygienists and EFDAs in a fully equipped, modern facility.

Schedule:

• 36 hours of face-to-face patient care (8 AM – 5 PM)
• 4 hours admin time daily
• No weekends

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: $175,000/year
• CE allowance: $5,000/year

Requirements:

• DDS or DMD degree; new graduates welcome (1-year experience preferred)
• DEA Controlled Substance license required
• Medicaid provider number (credentialing support provided)

Technology & Equipment:

• NextGen Dental software
• 8 fully equipped treatment rooms, Pano machine

Start Date: ASAP
Contract: 3-year minimum commitment

Pay: $150,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
