Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and patient‑focused Associate Dentist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive dental care, collaborate with staff to maintain high patient satisfaction, and help the practice grow.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat a variety of dental conditions in general dentistry (restorations, extractions, crowns, preventive care)
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans suited to patient needs
• Perform procedures efficiently while maintaining quality and patient comfort
• Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure coordinated care
• Maintain accurate patient records, radiographs, and charts
• Uphold infection control, sterilization, and safety protocols
• Engage with patients to explain procedures, risks, benefits, and aftercare

Qualifications & Requirements

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree
• Active and unrestricted Illinois dental license
• Preferably (but not necessarily) 1+ year of practice experience (new grads may be considered)
• Proficiency in standard general dentistry procedures
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Commitment to patient-centered care and professional ethics

Schedule & Commitment

• Full-time or part-time options (to be discussed)
• Typical weekday hours; occasional late or weekend hours depending on patient demand
• Flexible scheduling based on needs of the practice and candidate

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 - $240,000.00 per year
