Knepper Dental is looking for a motivated Associate Dentist to join our growing team. Whether you’re just finishing dental school or have a few years of experience, this is an opportunity to learn, grow, and build lasting patient relationships in a practice known for genuine care.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide a full range of general dentistry services (preventive, restorative, and some cosmetic)
  • Build relationships with patients, ensuring they feel heard and understood
  • Communicate treatment plans clearly and confidently, converting diagnosis into completed care
  • Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to maintain excellent care standards

What We’re Looking For

  • DDS/DMD degree with a current (or pending) Pennsylvania dental license
  • New graduates and dentists with 1–3 years of experience are encouraged to apply
  • Excellent chairside manner with strong listening and communication skills
  • Strong clinical fundamentals
  • A team-oriented, professional, and dependable approach to patient care

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Projected Total Compensation: $125,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 16 – 40 per week
