Associate Dentist

Job Overview

We are looking for a passionate and outgoing Junior Dentist to represent our mission for eco-conscious, chemical free, dentist-formulated oral care. The role focuses on building strong relationships with local dental clinics, ayurvedic and homeopathic practitioners, introducing them to our scientifically-backed natural formulations, and driving collaborations. As a Dental Representative, you will combine clinical expertise with interpersonal skills to grow brand credibility and market reach.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit dental clinics, ayurvedic/homeopathic practices, and wellness centers to introduce and promote our oral care range.
• Educate practitioners about the clinical and preventive benefits of our formulations, highlighting the sustainable and chemical-free approach.
• Conduct product demos, sampling, and oral health awareness sessions.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with healthcare practitioners.
• Act as a clinical point of contact for queries, feedback, and collaborative opportunities.
• Support marketing campaigns through practitioner endorsements and referrals.
• Maintain accurate visit records, feedback reports, and progress updates.
• Represent the brand at local dental and wellness events.

Qualifications & Skills

• BDS degree (fresh graduates are welcome).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confidence in presenting scientific concepts in simple, relatable terms.
• Interest in preventive dentistry, natural health, and sustainable living.
• Ability to travel locally to meet practitioners.
• Self-motivated, professional, and approachable demeanor.
