Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental team. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to providing high-quality patient care in a supportive and collaborative environment. This role involves performing a wide range of dental procedures, ensuring patient comfort, and maintaining the highest standards of clinical excellence while adhering to all regulatory requirements.

Duties

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and evaluations to determine appropriate treatment plans.
  • Perform general dentistry procedures, including dental extractions, root canal therapy, and prosthodontics.
  • Provide pediatric dentistry services with a focus on creating a positive experience for young patients.
  • Utilize four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during procedures.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Implement infection control protocols and aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety.
  • Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to deliver exceptional patient care.
  • Stay updated on advancements in dental technology and techniques, including medical imaging and dental fabrication.
  • Educate patients on oral health, preventive care, and treatment options.

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
  • Valid state dental license and current CPR certification.
  • Proficiency in dental software systems such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of dental terminology, medical terminology, anatomy, and infection control practices.
  • Experience in pediatric dentistry, oral surgery, endodontics, and general dentistry is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages.
  • Commitment to providing high-quality patient care while fostering a positive team environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Temporary

Pay: $195,000.00 - $225,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
