Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental team. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to providing high-quality patient care in a supportive and collaborative environment. This role involves performing a wide range of dental procedures, ensuring patient comfort, and maintaining the highest standards of clinical excellence while adhering to all regulatory requirements.
Duties
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and evaluations to determine appropriate treatment plans.
- Perform general dentistry procedures, including dental extractions, root canal therapy, and prosthodontics.
- Provide pediatric dentistry services with a focus on creating a positive experience for young patients.
- Utilize four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during procedures.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Implement infection control protocols and aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety.
- Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to deliver exceptional patient care.
- Stay updated on advancements in dental technology and techniques, including medical imaging and dental fabrication.
- Educate patients on oral health, preventive care, and treatment options.
Qualifications
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
- Valid state dental license and current CPR certification.
- Proficiency in dental software systems such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of dental terminology, medical terminology, anatomy, and infection control practices.
- Experience in pediatric dentistry, oral surgery, endodontics, and general dentistry is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages.
- Commitment to providing high-quality patient care while fostering a positive team environment.

Pay: $195,000.00 - $225,000.00 per year
