Breeze Dental is an anti-corporate brand founded by Dr Josh Turnbull to provide dentists with autonomy and a strong culture where patients are always first (patients before profits).

We use all the latest technology (CEREC, iTero, etc.) and our team is very proficient in cosmetic dentistry, including veneers and Invisalign. Invisalign (we are Diamond Plus Providers).

We are also passionate about the oral-systemic connection and educating our patients on how diet, home care, sleep, and other factors impact the oral microbiome and overall health.

$750 - $1,000 daily

• Perform comprehensive dental examinations and create personalized treatment plans
• Prioritize and phase treatment to ensure patients achieve optimal oral health
• Provide engaging patient education on prevention, function, and total wellness
• Use iTero 3D scanning to educate patients and demonstrate treatment outcomes
• Explain the benefits of Invisalign and functional improvements in smile alignment
• Lead by example and mentor the hygiene team to deliver consistent, excellent care
• Collaborate closely with team members and build camaraderie within the practice

• DDS or DMD and an active state dental license
• Leadership skills (ability to lead our team and inspire patients to improve their health)
• 2+ years of clinical experience
• Experience with Invisalign and CEREC is a strong plus
