Associate Dentist Opportunity

Location: Fairmont, WVPresented by: Fortune Management of West Virginia

Compensation: $135,000 – $185,000/year + Performance Bonus

This Is Not Just a Job. It's a Career Path.

We are partnering with a thriving private practice in Fairmont, WV, that’s ready to welcome a new dentist to lead the clinical team. We’re looking for a future-minded Associate Dentist — someone who’s not just seeking a job, but who wants to lead, grow, and eventually think like an owner.

If you’re the kind of doctor who serves patients with integrity, precision, and heart, and you want to build a life and career that reflect those same values, this opportunity was built for you.

What Makes This Role Different?

  • Real Path to Leadership Whether you're focused on clinical excellence or see yourself as a future partner, we want an associate who thinks like a CEO, not just a producer.
  • No Corporate Bureaucracy Work in a purpose-driven, patient-focused environment that values your clinical autonomy and vision.
  • Be the Clinical Leader On-Site You'll be the primary provider, delivering comprehensive care and leading a skilled team. While you’ll run the day-to-day, you’ll also receive hands-on mentorship from the owner doctor, an experienced clinician who is deeply invested in your growth and long-term success.
  • Mentorship Without Micromanagement Expect support, not control. The owner doctor will be available for clinical guidance, treatment planning feedback, and leadership insight. You’ll also have access to Fortune Management’s coaching systems to support your professional development, but your core mentorship is personal, not corporate.

What We’re Looking For

  • A team-oriented doctor with strong communication and leadership presence
  • Someone who thrives in a structured, growth-focused environment
  • Clinical experience in restorative, cosmetic, and preventative care (additional specialties are a bonus)
  • Confidence in using modern dental technology and software
  • A desire to build culture, not just fill a schedule

Requirements

  • DDS or DMD with an active license to practice in West Virginia
  • 1 to 5 years of clinical experience preferred
  • Strong in case presentation, patient education, and collaborative treatment planning
  • Open to coaching, feedback, and continual learning

Position Details

  • Full-time, 4 days per week
  • Competitive base salary plus profit-based incentives
  • Health and dental insurance included
  • Ongoing CE and mentorship support
  • Long-term opportunity for partnership or ownership for the right candidate

How to Apply

Please send your resume and a cover letter that answers the following:

  • What does excellence mean to you in clinical care and patient experience?
  • Describe the perfect dental visit from the patient’s perspective.
  • What makes you the right doctor for this opportunity?
  • What is your annual compensation goal over the next 3 years?
  • Include three professional references.
  • Add the word “Acknowledge” in your message. Details matter to this team, and we want to see that you noticed.

Final Thought

We are building something that lasts. If you want more than just a chair and a paycheck, if you’re ready to build a future while making a meaningful difference today, we want to hear from you.

Let’s do something extraordinary, together.
