Our office starts every day with a positive team “huddle.” Our office systems and clinical workstations are completely automated and digital. Compensation is based on a percentage of production. Our patients vary where we get a broad range of ages and multiple ethnicities. Our patient pool is mostly local and we do get some who come in from far away as well. In contrast to more urban offices, our patient pool is more laid back and friendly. Our patients are awesome people, really. We do all aspects of dentistry in office. We are an Invisalign Elite Office and we do IV Sedation, Implants, and complex surgeries in office.

The available position is for five days a week. The practice is very productive and is on a trajectory for continued growth. Our ideal candidate has two things; one, a passion for dentistry, and two, willingness to learn new things. Our facility is modern, computerized and digital. We have a very stable, reliable and expanding referral base.

There will be opportunities to learn, grow, and buy into the practice. The position will have a guaranteed salary with additional bonus based on adjusted production.
