Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Dentist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is confident, motivated, and passionate about delivering excellent patient care while having a strong clinical background in a variety of procedures. We are specifically seeking a provider with experience in:

Root Canal Therapy (RCT)
Extractions (including surgical)
Restorative
Cosmetic Dentistry (veneers, bonding, smile design)

Candidate Requirements:

• DMD or DDS degree from an accredited dental school
• Active Maryland State Dental License in good standing
• Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical experience preferred
• Proficient in root canal therapy, extractions and cosmetic procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A patient-focused, compassionate approach to care

Pay: $190,476.00 - $217,127.00 per year
