We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing high-quality patient care and possess a comprehensive understanding of various dental procedures. This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment, focusing on patient satisfaction and clinical excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough dental examinations and assessments for patients of all ages.
  • Perform a variety of dental procedures, including but not limited to dental extractions, endodontics, and pediatric dentistry.
  • Utilize medical imaging technology to diagnose and plan treatment effectively.
  • Maintain accurate patient records using Open Dental software or similar.
  • Implement infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.
  • Collaborate with the dental team to provide comprehensive patient care.
  • Educate patients on oral health, preventive care, and treatment options.
  • Assist in the fabrication of dental appliances as needed.
  • Stay updated with advancements in dentistry and participate in ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
  • Valid dental license to practice in the state.
  • Experience or training in pediatric and geriatric dentistry is preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency in medical imaging techniques and familiarity with Open Dental software or similar are advantages.
  • Strong understanding of infection control practices within a dental clinic setting.
  • Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also demonstrating independent decision-making skills.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth within the field of dentistry.

Pay: $180,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
