Position Summary

We’re seeking a skilled and confident Associate Dentist with at least three years of clinical experience and solid dental implant placement and restoration skills.
The ideal candidate enjoys performing surgical and restorative implant procedures, communicates clearly with patients, and thrives in a modern, digitally equipped environment. Associate doctors are welcome to place implants and the experienced owner is more than happy to provide mentorship and advice both clinical and professional.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and plan implant and restorative cases
• Perform surgical procedures (implant placement, extractions, bone grafting, and socket preservation)
• Restore implants (custom abutments, full-arch, bridges, overdentures)
• Provide comprehensive general dentistry including crowns, fillings, and simple endo
• Collaborate with clinical and lab teams to ensure precision and efficiency
• Maintain accurate, detailed clinical documentation

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited U.S. dental school
• Active New Jersey dental license (or eligibility)
• Minimum 3 years post-doctoral experience
• Proven experience with implant placement and restoration
• Proficiency with CBCT, guided surgery, and digital workflows preferred
• Excellent communication and patient-management skills
• Spanish proficiency a plus

Compensation & Benefits

• Daily guarantee: $750/day
• Production compensation: 33% of collections (whichever is higher)
• Current associates without implant procedures average ~$1,000/day — higher potential for implant-trained providers
• Continuing education support for implant and advanced restorative training

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $750.00 - $900.00 per day

Expected hours: 16 – 40 per week
