Associate Dentist / Hygienist – Part-Time (Bellevue, WA)
3 Days/Week | Patient-Focused Private Practice

We are a well-established, relationship-driven private dental practice in Bellevue, Washington, seeking a versatile and motivated Associate Dentist who is also comfortable providing hygiene care two days per week. This unique hybrid role is ideal for a clinician who values comprehensive patient care, strong teamwork, and a balanced schedule.

Position Overview

• 2 days/week providing hygiene services (prophies, SRPs, perio maintenance, patient education)
• 1 day/week providing restorative dental treatment (composite, crown/bridge, and other procedures based on skill set)
• Opportunity to expand restorative days as demand grows

Ideal Candidate

• DDS or DMD from an accredited U.S. dental school
• Current Washington State dental license and the ability to provide hygiene services (prophy/SRP)
• Comfortable with both preventive and restorative treatment
• Strong communication skills and a team-player mindset
• Passion for building long-term patient relationships

Schedule

• 3 days/week (specific days negotiable)
• Long-term potential for expanded clinical days
