Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our reputable dental practice. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive dental care, ensuring optimal patient outcomes while maintaining the highest standards of infection control and patient safety. Duties

  • Perform a wide range of dental procedures including general dentistry, dental extractions, prosthodontics, endodontics, and oral surgery.
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical and dental history reviews, clinical examinations, and diagnostic imaging.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with patient needs and preferences.
  • Utilize dental terminology accurately to communicate diagnoses and treatment options effectively.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and office protocols.
  • Practice four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency and patient comfort.
  • Ensure aseptic techniques are followed rigorously during all procedures to prevent infection.
  • Use dental fabrication tools for prosthetic work when necessary.
  • Stay current with advancements in dentistry by participating in professional development activities.

Skills

  • Proficiency with dental software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, and Dentrix for scheduling, documentation, and patient management.
  • Strong knowledge of anatomy, medical terminology, and infection control protocols.
  • Ability to perform complex procedures such as dental extractions and oral surgery with precision.
  • Excellent patient care skills with a compassionate approach to diverse patient populations.
  • Familiarity with medical imaging techniques and interpretation for diagnostic purposes.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality of patient information.

Pay: From $200,000.00 per year
