Our three conveniently located offices boast the latest technologies, including iTero, 3shape, and 3dbio CAD scanners, as well as CBCT and Pan/Ceph machines in each location. Requirements:

• PA Dental License
• (Note: Experience outside of school is not required. Training and mentorship are available.)

• Ability to comprehensively treatment plan and treat patients professionally and efficiently
• Excellent communication skills to educate patients on their dental needs
• Strong multitasking ability with attention to detail for each patient's care
• Exceptional customer service skills to be at the forefront of patients' minds for new referrals
• Engaging energy and a team-oriented approach
• Willingness to receive feedback and attend monthly and quarterly training sessions as outlined on the company calendar
• Ability to achieve monthly targeted production goals
• Reliability and active participation in morning huddles
• Ability to coach your dedicated treatment coordinator and assistant courteously and effectively to meet targets
