About Us
Our privately owned dental practice, led by Dr. Kathryn Jagow, has proudly served the Mountlake Terrace community for over 10 years. Recently relocated to a beautiful new space in Terrace Station, our office is equipped with state-of-the-art technology, including CEREC CAD/CAM, and designed to support both patient comfort and clinical excellence. We provide comprehensive general dentistry to patients of all ages and are known for our warm communication style, patient centered philosophy, and exceptional patient experience.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for an Associate Dentist who shares our vision of gentle, compassionate, relationship based care.

Position Overview
The Associate Dentist will work closely with Dr. Jagow and our highly trained, supportive team. This role offers a collaborative environment with strong mentorship and the opportunity to expand your clinical skills while contributing to a high quality patient experience. We value communication, respect, and long term relationships with both our team and our patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality, patient centered general dentistry to patients of all ages
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients and team members
• Contribute to a positive, respectful, team oriented work environment
• Collaborate closely with Dr. Jagow to ensure continuity of care and shared standards
• Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation
• Bring a growth mindset and willingness to learn, expand skills, and integrate into the practice culture

Qualifications

• DDS/DMD from an accredited dental program
• Active Washington State dental license (or eligibility)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to gentle, compassionate, high quality patient care
• Desire to work collaboratively within a team and build long-term patient relationships
• Interest in contributing additional clinical skills (e.g., endodontics, oral surgery) is a plus
• New graduates with strong communication strengths and a desire for mentorship are welcome to apply

Pay: $160,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
