Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our reputable dental practice. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages, ensuring optimal oral health and patient satisfaction. Duties
- Perform general dentistry procedures including examinations, cleanings, fillings, crowns, bridges, root canal therapy, invisalign and prosthodontics.
- Conduct oral surgery procedures such as dental extractions and implants with precision and adherence to aseptic techniques. We can mentor for full arch implant cases.
- Utilize dental imaging and medical imaging tools to diagnose and develop treatment plans.
- Assess patient needs through thorough patient care and patient assessment protocols, ensuring accurate medical documentation and records management in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Apply dental terminology accurately during diagnosis, treatment planning, and patient communication.
- Engage in four-handed dentistry practices to optimize efficiency and patient comfort.
- Educate patients on oral health maintenance, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions.
- Maintain infection control standards and adhere to all safety protocols within the dental clinic environment.
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure seamless patient care delivery and effective practice management.
Qualifications
- Valid license to practice dentistry with current credentials.
- Proficiency in dental software such as Eaglesoft is highly desirable.
- Experience in endodontics, prosthodontics, or oral surgery is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, infection control procedures, and medical documentation standards.
- Demonstrated ability in general dentistry procedures including dental extractions, root canal therapy, and dental fabrication.
- Excellent patient care skills with a compassionate approach to patient assessment and education.
- Prior experience working in a dental office or clinic setting is advantageous.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment while maintaining high standards of professionalism and clinical excellence.
