Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our thriving family dental practice. The ideal candidate is personable, patient-focused, and committed to delivering high-quality dentistry. You’ll step into a well-established schedule, supported by an experienced team and modern technology.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry, root canal therapy, dental extractions, prosthodontics, endodontics, and oral surgery.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical and dental history review, oral examinations, and diagnostic imaging.
• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to individual patient need while explaining procedures clearly.
• Collaborate with a supportive team of dental professionals.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation
• Deliver care with empathy, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Qualifications:

• Experienced in all general dentistry procedures is highly desirable.
• Ability to perform complex procedures such as root canal therapy, dental extractions, prosthodontics, and endodontics.
• Candidates should possess strong clinical skills, excellent patient communication, and a commitment to ongoing education in dentistry.
• Prior experience working in a dental clinic or office setting is preferred but an environment conductive to learning is our standard. This position is integral to delivering exceptional dental care within a professional environment committed to excellence in patient service and clinical outcomes.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $170,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 24 – 35 per week
