Associate Dentist

We are looking to expand our team and are seeking a skilled and compassionate Associate Dentist to join us in providing exceptional dental care to our patients.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality dental care including examinations, cleanings, restorations, extractions, and preventive treatments
• Assist with diagnostic procedures and treatment planning
• Manage patient records and maintain confidentiality
• Educate patients on oral health and preventive care
• Work collaboratively with the clinic’s team of dental professionals, including dental assistants and hygienists
• Stay up to date with the latest dental practices and technologies
• Participate in continued professional development and training programs

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) or equivalent degree from a recognized institution
• 1-3 years of experience as a practicing dentist (fresh graduates with strong skills and enthusiasm are also welcome to apply)
• Valid Dental Council registration (Maharashtra State Dental Council)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and patient-focused approach to dental care
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of dental software and clinic management systems is a plus

We are looking for long term commitment of atleast 1 year and candidates to start as early as 01/12/2025.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
