Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our reputable dental practice. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive dental care, ensuring optimal patient outcomes and fostering a welcoming environment. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse patient base, utilizing advanced dental technology and techniques. The Associate Dentist will collaborate with a team of experienced professionals committed to excellence in patient care and clinical standards.

Responsibilities

  • Perform general dentistry procedures including examinations, cleanings, fillings, crowns, and bridges.
  • Conduct patient assessments to determine treatment needs and develop personalized care plans.
  • Execute specialized procedures such as dental extractions, root canal therapy, and prosthodontics.
  • Utilize dental imaging and radiography equipment while adhering to infection control protocols.
  • Maintain accurate medical and dental records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Apply aseptic techniques during all clinical procedures to ensure patient safety.
  • Educate patients on oral health, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions.
  • Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure seamless clinic operations.
  • Stay current with advancements in dentistry by participating in continuing education and training sessions.

Skills

  • Proficiency in dental software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, and Dentrix.
  • Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to dentistry.
  • Experience with pediatric dentistry, oral surgery, endodontics, prosthodontics, and general dentistry procedures.
  • Skilled in four-handed dentistry techniques for efficient clinical workflow.
  • Familiarity with infection control standards and sterilization procedures.
  • Ability to perform dental fabrication tasks and utilize medical imaging tools effectively.
  • Excellent patient care skills with a compassionate approach to diverse patient populations including pediatrics.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical documentation standards.
  • Prior experience working in dental clinics or offices is highly desirable for seamless integration into our team. Pay: $700.00 - $1,200.00 per day
