This is an extraordinary opportunity for a motivated dentist who wants to be the clinical face of the office with full support behind them. You will be the sole practitioner, working closely with ownership, the lab, and a fully trained support team as we grow the practice from the ground up.

⭐ What You’ll Do

• Serve as the primary and sole dentist in the office
• Perform high-quality cosmetic and general dentistry, including veneers, smile makeovers, crowns, bridges, fillings, extractions, and restorative work
• Diagnose and develop comprehensive treatment plans with cosmetic focus
• Work closely with our in-house lab technicians to ensure precision, aesthetics, and optimal patient outcomes
• Educate patients on treatment options and oral health
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Deliver a 5-star patient experience through trust, communication, and artistry

⭐ What We’re Looking For

• DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school
• Active Texas dental license
• Cosmetic experience or strong interest in veneers, bonding, and smile design
• Confident performing a wide range of general dentistry
• Entrepreneurial, motivated, and willing to grow with a startup
• Strong communication and a patient-centered mindset
• Ability to work efficiently and independently
• Comfortable being the sole clinician with full team support behind them

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $200,000.00 - $350,000.00 per year
