Job Description

This is a full-time or part-time onsite role for an Associate Dentist at Choice Dental Center located in the greater Los Angeles area offering professional mentorship, competitive salary, opportunity for career growth, and annual bonuses. We are looking for someone willing to learn, as you will be mentored under dentists with over 20 years of experience in general practice. As an associate dentist on our team, you will further develop in areas of clinical skills, patient communication, career guidance, and personal development under the guidance of experienced dentists.

Responsibilities of the Associate Dentist include, but are not limited to the following:

• Maintain high ethical character, morals, values
• Perform comprehensive dental care, including but not limited to extractions, root canal therapy, fillings, and crowns
• Educate patients on optimal oral health care and proper hygiene techniques
• Work as a team member to support and uphold the standards of the practice

Qualifications

• A current license to practice dentistry in the state of California
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Familiarity with dental software
• Working proficiency in additional languages, especially Chinese, is a plus due to a significant population of Chinese-speaking patients

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $80.00 - $100.00 per hour
