Associate Dentist Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional, ethical, and comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages.
  • Perform routine and complex dental procedures, utilizing our advanced diagnostic and treatment tools.
  • Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and treatment options.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed electronic patient records.
  • Collaborate effectively with hygienists, dental assistants, and administrative staff.

Qualifications

  • DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
  • Valid state dental license and malpractice insurance (or ability to obtain).
  • 1-3 years of experience preferred, but highly motivated new graduates with strong clinical skills are encouraged to apply.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and utilizing modern dental techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive compensation structure (e.g., daily guarantee vs. percentage of production, based on experience)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
