Position Overview

The Associate Dentist will provide comprehensive general dental care to patients of all ages while working collaboratively with a skilled clinical and administrative team. You’ll be supported to practice at a high level, deliver excellent outcomes, and build lasting patient relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry including restorative care, extractions, endodontics, and prosthodontics
• Treat adult and pediatric patients with a compassionate, patient-centered approach
• Perform thorough exams, diagnoses, and treatment planning using digital imaging
• Educate patients on oral health, treatment options, and preventive care
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and HIPAA compliance
• Follow strict infection control and aseptic protocols
• Collaborate with team members using efficient four-handed dentistry

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Active Missouri dental license (or ability to obtain)
• Confidence in general dentistry procedures; endodontics and extractions preferred
• Experience with Eaglesoft, Dentrix, or similar dental software a plus
• Strong communication skills and ethical clinical judgment
• Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to excellent patient care

Pay: $128,000.00 - $325,000.00 per year
