Overview: West Texas Private Family Dental Office.

We are seeking a skilled Dentist to join our West Texas private FFS dental office with real opportunity for true ownership. We are out of network with all insurance plans. As a Dentist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to our patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and maintenance of teeth and gums. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional patient care and a commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest dental techniques and technologies and interest in running the business side too. Mentoring opportunities are available.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine dental health and treatment needs.
  • Perform a variety of dental procedures, including preventive, restorative, and oral surgery as needed.
  • Utilize four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during procedures.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with clinic policies.
  • Communicate effectively with patients regarding treatment options, procedures, and post-operative care.
  • Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Stay updated on the latest dental practices, technologies, and terminology to provide the best care possible.
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care strategies.

Requirements

  • Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
  • Valid Texas state dental license to practice dentistry.
  • Proficient in dental terminology and medical documentation practices.
  • Familiarity with electronic health record systems for managing patient information.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages.
  • Knowledge of oral surgery techniques is a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $150,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
