Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our reputable dental practice. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive dental care, ensuring patient comfort and satisfaction while maintaining the highest standards of clinical excellence. This role involves working with a diverse patient base, including pediatric and adult patients, utilizing advanced dental technology and adhering to strict infection control protocols. The Associate Dentist will collaborate with our experienced team to deliver exceptional oral health services in a professional and compassionate environment.

Responsibilities

  • Be proficient in general dentistry procedures including examinations, cleanings, fillings, crowns, bridges, and prosthodontics.
  • oral surgery procedures such as dental extractions
  • root canal therapy.
  • Able to use Itero scanner and treatment plan for Invisalign
  • Assess patient needs through comprehensive patient care and evaluation, including medical and dental history review
  • Educate patients on oral health maintenance, treatment options, and preventive care strategies.
  • Collaborate with the dental team to ensure seamless patient care delivery and adherence to HIPAA regulations.
  • Stay current with advancements in dentistry, including pediatric dentistry, endodontics, and other specialized fields.
  • Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment following infection control protocols.

Experience

  • Proven experience working in a dental clinic or dental office setting is required.
  • Proficiency with dental software systems such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix is preferred.
  • Experience with pediatric dentistry, oral surgery, endodontics, prosthodontics, and general dentistry is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of dental terminology, medical terminology, anatomy knowledge, and infection control practices.
  • Prior experience performing dental extractions, root canal therapy, and other complex procedures is advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and medical documentation standards.
  • Excellent patient care skills with the ability to assess patient needs effectively and provide compassionate treatment. Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $150,000.00 - $229,637.59 per year
