Associate Dentist – Join a Modern, Patient-Centered Dental Practice

What You’ll Do

• Conduct comprehensive exams, diagnoses, and treatment planning for patients of all ages
• Provide preventive services including cleanings, fluoride treatments, and sealants
• Deliver restorative care such as fillings, crowns, and bridges
• Perform extractions and basic oral surgery procedures as needed
• Treat pediatric patients with a gentle, patient-focused approach
• Maintain accurate, timely, and HIPAA-compliant patient records
• Work closely with hygienists, dental assistants, and front office staff using four-handed dentistry
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, disease prevention, and long-term oral health
• Stay current with modern dental technology, materials, and clinical best practices

What We’re Looking For

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
• Active state dental license in good standing
• Strong clinical skills in general dentistry
• Comfortable with anterior and premolar endodontics (advanced endo experience is a plus)
• Experience or interest in pediatric dentistry preferred
• Knowledge of dental anatomy, treatment planning, and clinical documentation
• Experience working with HIPAA-compliant records

Bonus Skills (Not Required):

• Invisalign certification
• Experience with dental implant placement
