Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation: 35% of adjusted production
• Daily Guarantee: $800/day for the first 6 months
• Earning Potential: $200,000–$350,000+ annually
• Continuing Education: $350/month CE allowance
• Insurance: $350/month toward employee health plan
• 401(k): 4% employer match after 1 year
• Paid Time Off: 2 weeks annually
• Partnership Opportunity: In discussion / planning stage

The Opportunity

This position offers a skilled, growth-minded associate the chance to practice comprehensive general dentistry in a collaborative, high-tech environment. You’ll have the autonomy to treat a wide range of procedures while being supported by an experienced, caring team.

Schedule: Monday–Thursday (Mon/Wed 8 a.m.–5 p.m., Tues/Thurs 7 a.m.–4 p.m.)

Procedures: Root canals, crowns and onlays, extractions, fillings, and Invisalign (if trained)

Technology: Digital X-rays, CBCT, CAD/CAM (in-office crowns), 3D printers, electronic health records, and EMS air powder polishers

Environment: Patient-focused, growth-oriented, and team-driven

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a motivated and clinically strong dentist who’s eager to grow in a supportive, modern private practice.

• Experience: Minimum completion of AEGD/GPR or 2+ years of private practice experience preferred
• Mindset: Positive attitude, excellent communication, and a passion for patient care
• Commitment: Dedicated to continuing education and clinical excellence
• Collaboration: Works well as part of a close-knit, supportive team
