We are looking to add another associate dentist to our growing team and newly expanded and renovated office! The position is for a part-time position to grow to full-time (3-5 days). The Center for Dental Wellness at Camarillo is a small business in Camarillo, CA. We are professional, innovative, and fast-paced.

Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive dental examinations and assessments using current diagnostic tools and medical imaging techniques.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients across various age groups, including pediatric patients.
- Conduct a wide range of dental procedures such as dental extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics, and oral surgery with precision and adherence to aseptic techniques.
- Utilize four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency and patient comfort during procedures.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and office policies.
- Educate patients on oral health maintenance, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions to promote long-term oral health.
- Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient care delivery.
- Stay current with advancements in dentistry by participating in ongoing professional development activities.
Requirements
- Valid dental license to practice as an Associate Dentist in the state.
- Proficiency with dental software systems such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix is highly preferred.
- Experience in general dentistry with additional skills in pediatric dentistry, endodontics, prosthodontics, or oral surgery is advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of dental terminology, medical terminology, anatomy, infection control practices, and medical imaging techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to perform dental extractions, root canal therapy, and other complex procedures with competence.
- Excellent patient care skills with a compassionate approach tailored to diverse patient needs.
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and medical documentation standards to ensure confidentiality and compliance.
- Prior experience working in a dental clinic or dental office environment is preferred but not mandatory; new graduates are encouraged to apply if they meet the skill requirements.
