This role is not for everyone.

Table Mesa Dental is a dentist-owned, high-growth private practice built around aggressive patient acquisition (175–200 new patients/month) and in-house comprehensive dentistry.

We are starting conversations now to hire one aligned doctor for early 2026.

If you prefer limited-scope dentistry or routine referrals, this will not be a fit.

This Role Requires

You diagnose and complete comprehensive care in-house, including:

• Molar endo

• Surgical extractions & grafting

• Implants & AOX (or interest in learning AOX)

• Cosmetic dentistry

• Clear aligners

• CEREC restorative cases

• IV Sedation (or interest in learning)

• Ability to work with CRNA who provides General Sedation

Routine referral of bread-and-butter cases is not aligned with this role.

You Will Succeed Here If

• You enjoy high new-patient volume

• You take ownership of treatment from diagnosis to completion

• You understand the opportunity (not pressure) when patient flow increases

• You want income upside tied to performance

• You are interested in leadership and future ownership

Doctors who thrive here will produce $1.2M–$2.2M+ annually once ramped.

This Role Is NOT For You If

• You prefer “bread-and-butter only” dentistry

• You routinely refer out comprehensive care

• You want a slow pace or low case complexity

• You are not interested in growth or partnership

Schedule

• 4-day workweek

• Competitive production-based compensation
