We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental team. Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical and dental history reviews, to develop effective treatment plans.
  • Utilize dental terminology accurately to communicate diagnoses and treatment options clearly to patients.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and office policies.
  • Apply aseptic techniques and infection control protocols diligently to ensure patient safety and prevent cross-contamination.
  • Collaborate with team members using four-handed dentistry techniques to optimize efficiency and patient comfort.
  • Stay current with advancements relevant to the practice’s scope of services.
  • Manage medical records efficiently while adhering to confidentiality standards and legal requirements.
  • Contribute to a positive patient experience through excellent communication, empathy, and professionalism.

Requirements

  • Valid state license to practice dentistry as an Associate Dentist with appropriate credentials.
  • Proven experience in general dentistry
  • Proficiency in dental software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix for charting and record-keeping.
  • Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, medical terminology, and infection control practices.
  • Excellent patient care skills with the ability to assess patient needs accurately and develop tailored treatment plans.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced dental clinic environment with a focus on quality care delivery.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations regarding patient privacy and medical documentation standards. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $90.00 - $110.00 per hour
