Salary: $650 - $1000 Daily Flat Rate or 25% - 30% of Production (Whichever is Higher) Percentage based on experience.

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Associate Dentist to join our new dental practice in Fort Worth, TX. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated dental professional who is committed to providing exceptional care to patients in a welcoming and friendly environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive dental care, including but not limited to general dentistry, exams, fillings, crowns, extractions, and preventive care.
• Collaborate with the dental team to ensure quality patient care and satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment plans.
• Educate patients on oral health and preventive care.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 year of clinical experience as a licensed dentist.
• Valid state dental license and certifications.
• Knowledge of implant dentistry is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills and a patient-focused approach.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Compensation:

• Competitive daily flat rate of $650 - $1000, or
• 25% - 30% of production (whichever is higher).
