Duties

  • Perform a wide range of general dentistry procedures including examinations, cleanings, fillings, crowns, and prosthodontics.
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments to develop personalized treatment plans that meet individual needs.
  • Administer oral surgeries such as dental extractions and manage complex cases involving endodontics like root canal therapy.
  • Utilize dental imaging and medical documentation tools to accurately record patient information while adhering to HIPAA regulations.
  • Practice infection control protocols and aseptic techniques to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.
  • Collaborate with team members in four-handed dentistry to enhance efficiency and patient comfort during procedures.
  • Educate patients on oral health maintenance, dental terminology, and treatment options to promote informed decision-making.

Skills

  • Proficiency with dental practice management software Archy
  • Strong knowledge of anatomy, medical terminology, and dental fabrication techniques.
  • Experience in pediatric dentistry and oral surgery procedures is highly desirable.
  • Excellent patient care skills with the ability to assess and address individual needs compassionately.
  • Familiarity with infection control standards, medical imaging technology, and root canal therapy techniques.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced dental office environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $224,741.59 per year
