Associate Dentist – High-Performing, Patient-Centered Private Practice

Who We’re Looking For

You’re someone who:

• Has 2+ years of clinical experience in a fast-paced private practice setting
• Is confident and proficient in molar endodontics and third molar extractions
• Enjoys a well-rounded scope of dentistry (crowns, bridge, fillings, extractions, endo, etc.)
• Is efficient, decisive, and gentle — you respect both the patient’s time and experience
• Can clearly communicate urgency, value, and necessity in a way that patients trust
• Builds genuine relationships and makes patients feel comfortable, heard, and cared for
• Has excellent bedside manner and a calm, positive presence
• Works seamlessly with assistants and hygienists and values team success
• Brings good energy, is likable, and enjoys what they do

Implant experience is a plus and will be fully supported, but not required.
