This Role Is Not for Everyone — And That’s Intentional

Table Mesa Dental is an owner-led, clinically engaged private practice built to solve one of the biggest frustrations in dentistry today:

Associates being left alone without leadership, standards, or support.

We invest heavily in marketing (175–200 new patients/month) and keep comprehensive care in-house.
Doctors here are supported, challenged, and never “cast to themselves.”

If you prefer limited-scope dentistry or routine referral of cases, this will not be a fit.

Clinical Scope (Super GP Standard)

You diagnose and complete comprehensive care in-house, including:

• Molar endodontics
• Surgical extractions & grafting
• Implants (AOX experience a plus or interest in learning)
• Cosmetic dentistry
• Clear aligners
• CEREC restorative cases
• IV sedation (or interest in learning)
• Ability to work with a CRNA providing general sedation

Routine referral of cases that can be treated in-house is not aligned with this role.
