Position Summary

We are looking for a full-time Associate Dentist to join our team. The ideal candidate is patient-focused, clinically confident, and collaborative, with a strong desire to contribute to both patient outcomes and practice growth.

Compensation & Benefits

• 30% of net production
• Earning potential of over $300,000 in the first year

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive dental examinations, including new patient, periodic, and problem-focused exams
• Diagnose oral health conditions and present clear, patient-centered treatment plans
• Provide high-quality restorative, preventive, and emergency dental care
• Prescribe medications and therapies as clinically appropriate
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and long-term dental health
• Collaborate effectively with clinical and administrative team members
• Contribute positively to a supportive “work family” culture
• Uphold and model the practice’s mission, values, and standards of care

Qualifications

• Active Missouri Dental License (required)
• DEA Registration (required)
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience preferred
• Proficiency in routine and surgical extractions
• Experience with implant restorations and replacements (preferred, not required)
• Strong communication and patient relationship skills
