Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care, performing routine and complex procedures, and ensuring an exceptional patient experience. You will work in a collaborative environment with access to modern dental technology to deliver comprehensive oral health solutions.

Key Responsibilities

* Diagnosis & Treatment: Conduct thorough oral examinations, analyze X-rays, and diagnose dental conditions accurately.

* Clinical Procedures: Perform routine procedures including scaling, composite fillings, simple and surgical extractions, and root canal treatments (RCTs).

* Prosthodontics: Prepare and fit crowns, bridges, and dentures; take precise impressions for lab work.

* Patient Education: Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and detailed treatment plans to build long-term trust.

* Clinic Management: Maintain accurate digital patient records and ensure all dental instruments are sterilized according to safety protocols.

* Collaboration: Work closely with senior consultants and dental assistants to ensure smooth clinic operations.

Requirements & Skills

* Education: Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) is mandatory.

* Certification: Valid registration with the State Dental Council.

* Clinical Expertise: Proven experience in general dentistry; proficiency in rotary endodontics is highly preferred.

* Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills to explain complex procedures to patients in simple terms.

* Technical Skills: Comfortable using digital X-rays (RVG), intraoral cameras, and basic dental software.

* Attributes: Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and a patient-centric.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
