Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive dental services to a diverse patient base, with a primary focus on pediatric and adolescent care.
  • Work collaboratively with a dedicated team of hygienists and dental assistants to ensure seamless patient flow and exceptional service.
  • Participate in daily team meetings to plan the day, review goals, and foster a positive, appreciative work environment.
  • Engage in community outreach activities to promote oral health and reinforce the organization's positive image.
  • Utilize state-of-the-art dental technology, including digital radiography and fiber-optic handpieces, to deliver efficient and effective treatment.
  • Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and participate in ongoing training for OSHA, HIPAA, and emergency management.

Requirements

  • DDS/DMD degree from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation.
  • Current, valid state dental license or eligibility for licensure in Kentucky.
  • Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
  • Nitrous Oxide certification may be required depending on location.
  • Compassion and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults.
