Associate Dentist (All-on-X focus)

Hillcrest Dental is a thriving, well-established general dental practice with a rapidly growing surgical brand known as DreamSmile™ — our premium All-on-X dental implant service line. We are excited to expand this part of the practice and are seeking a highly motivated dentist who is passionate about full-arch implant dentistry and surgical procedures.

Our office is located in Summerlin, a highly desired growing community

Position Overview

This is a part-time surgical associate doctor role starting 1–2 days per week, with high growth potential to expand to 3–4 days per week as patient demand continues to increase. The ideal candidate has an interest in performing:

• All-on-4 / All-on-X implant surgery
• Single and multiple implant placements
• Extractions, bone grafting, and related surgical procedures

We are happy to provide mentorship and hands-on training. Our owner-doctor has completed hundreds of hours of advanced CE and will help you grow your skill set with confidence.

What We’re Looking For

• DDS/DMD licensed in Nevada (or ability to obtain)
• Experience or strong interest in implant surgery
• Driven to expand clinical skills and grow with the practice
• Excellent communication, patient-focused mindset

Competitive compensation with production bonuses. Licensing, CE support, and mentorship included.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $120,000.00 - $350,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 8 – 24 per week
