We’re looking for a Holistic Associate Dentist who shares our mission of transforming dentistry through wellness-based, science-supported care.

What You’ll Do

• Provide comprehensive biological dental care in alignment with the IAOMT
• Educate patients on the oral–systemic connection and individualized treatment options
• Collaborate with a supportive, highly trained team of assistants and hygienists
• Integrate ozone therapy, biocompatible materials, and airway-focused dentistry into care plans
• Deliver exceptional communication, patient experience, and clinical outcomes

What We’re Looking For

• DDS/DMD with active North Carolina license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Genuine interest or experience in holistic, biological, or integrative dentistry
• Commitment to metal-free, fluoride-free, mercury-safe treatment
• Strong diagnostic, communication, and patient-relationship skills
• Growth mindset and desire to practice in a collaborative, wellness-oriented environment
