Associate Dentist for Pediatric Dental Office

Daily Rate: A guaranteed $700-900/day

We are looking for an Associate Dentist to fill a part-time or a full-time position at one of our two offices located in South LA and Huntington Park and soon to open 3rd office near Koreatown in mid April 2026 where we cater to pediatric patients ages 1-21. We would like to hire someone with at least 1-year experience in pediatric dentistry, but this is not a strict requirement as the owner dentist is happy to mentor new graduates as well. Therefore, the new associate dentist can expect relative autonomy or hands-on guidance depending on the dentist’s level of expertise. A 2-3 year commitment is highly desired. Regarding treatment, our offices provide mostly PSSCs, Nu-smiles, amalgam fillings, anterior composite fillings, extractions, and space maintainers. Cases involving treatment like endo, PFMs, oral surgery, etc. are referred out.

Our exception team of dental assistants are highly trained and capable of handling our high-volume schedule of 30 to 60 patients daily. Daily compensation is highly competitive with market leading daily guarantees ($700-900/day) and opportunities to earn more through competitive commission model based on 35-40% of production. Associate dentists typically earn a minimum of $350K+ annually.

Requirements:

· DDS/DMD from an accredited University and active California Dental Board license
